Where to dump in Baltimore City
Quarantine Road Landfill is where a trailer load goes. City drop-off centers refuse trailers without a small-hauler permit (a Health Department commercial-hauler registration). Scale loads at Quarantine Road pay by the ton.

What they refuse or limit
Whether Quarantine Road takes a resident's rented trailer without the hauler permit is unconfirmed. Baltimore Recycling Center is the simpler option.

Out of county or closed on Sunday?
Baltimore Recycling Center (private, Edison Hwy) takes any county's waste at $93/ton with a 1-ton minimum. Or use Return It Loaded: bring the trailer back full and we dump it for the scale price plus $49.
