Every trailer gets a 10-point check before it leaves, and you get the photos. If it fails at pickup, we swap it or refund you.

The 10-point check

1. Tires: tread, pressure and sidewalls
2. Spare: inflated and ready for your unit (we send it with you on request)
3. Lights: running, brake and turn
4. Trailer brakes and breakaway battery
5. Coupler and latch
6. Safety chains and hooks
7. Jack
8. Wiring plug and harness
9. Deck, gate or doors
10. Hoist and remote (dump trailers)

What we promise

• Photos of the trailer texted to you before you leave.
• If it fails any point at pickup, we swap it for another unit or refund you in full.
• Every unit carries a spare.

What it doesn't cover

Damage that happens during your rental, overloading, or problems caused by the tow vehicle. Those fall under the rental agreement and the damage waiver.
