How renting from IronBay works

Book online, verify from your phone, pick up, haul, return and text OFF. Here's each step and what to bring.

1. Book online

Pick the trailer and your dates. You'll see the price with tax before you enter any details.

2. Verify from your phone

We text you a link to take a photo of your driver's license, a quick selfie and sign the rental agreement. It takes about two minutes. The gate code is released only after that's done.

3. Pick up

During staffed hours we check your hitch, ball, chains, lights and brake controller, and we text you a photo report of the trailer before you leave. That report is your proof of condition.

4. Haul it

Need more time? Text EXTEND before your return time. Problem on the road? Call or text and we'll talk you through it.

5. Return it

Back it into the signed bay, chock the wheels, unplug and text OFF. Billing stops at that minute and you get a timestamp. Your $250 hold releases within 24 hours, and we text you when it does.

What to bring

• Your driver's license
• A truck rated for the trailer, loaded (check yours)
• A working brake controller
• The right ball (2-5/16" for our 14K units; we stock mounts)
