Booking and prices

Do your prices include tax?

Base rates don't. Pick dates and every price shows the total with 6% Maryland sales tax before you give us details.

What's the weekend rate?

One price for any 2 or 3 days in a row, weekend or weekday. For example, $279 for the 7x14.

Is there a 4-hour rate?

No. Every rental starts at one day, with weekend, weekly and 28-day rates.

Can I book same day?

If the unit is free, yes. Send the request and we confirm by text.

How do I cancel?

Text or call. Full refund up to 24 hours before pickup; inside 24 hours you get a credit.

Do you have contractor rates?

Yes: 7x14 weekly at $549 on account, plus 10% off three or more units (the discounts stack). Apply here.

Holds and fees

How much is the hold?

$250 for trailers, $500 for machines, released within 24 hours of return.

What are the late fees?

Return during staffed hours (8am–6pm) and there’s no fee. Drop off after 6pm closing: $25 late drop-off fee. Not back by 7am the next morning: we charge another rental day. Text EXTEND before your return time to add days.

Is there a cleaning fee?

$75 if debris is left in the bed. We send a photo first.

Are there any other fees?

No. Everything we charge is on the pricing page.

Towing

Can my half-ton tow the 7x14?

Empty, often. Loaded, usually not without weight distribution. Use the tow checker.

What ball do I need?

2-5/16" for the 14K units. We stock ball mounts.

Do I need a brake controller?

Yes, for every trailer we rent that has brakes.

Do I need a CDL?

For personal use, no. For commercial use, a heavy truck plus a loaded 14K trailer over 26,000 lb combined needs a Class A CDL.

Do you deliver?

Yes: $75 each way in Howard, $125 in Anne Arundel and Baltimore County.

Dumping

Where can I dump?

See the county guides. Every county weighs and charges trailer loads.

Are landfills open Sunday?

No. Add Return It Loaded and we'll dump it for you.

What's Return It Loaded?

Bring it back full and we take it to the scale for the county price plus $49.

What can't go in?

Hazardous waste, tires, paint, batteries and refrigerant appliances are restricted at most sites.

Pickup and return

What do I need to bring?

Your driver's license and a truck rated for the trailer with a working brake controller.

Can I return after hours?

Yes, 24/7. Returns after 6pm closing carry a $25 late drop-off fee, and a trailer not back by 7am the next morning is charged another day.

How does billing stop?

Text OFF from the return bay. You get a timestamped confirmation.

What if the trailer has a problem at pickup?

We swap it or refund you. That's the Road-Ready Guarantee.
