We're right off Berger Road, minutes from I-95, Rt 29 and Rt 32. You won't miss it: look for the gray building with pink and blue stripes on the front.

Before you park it at home
- Village covenants are recorded in the Howard County land records as part of each deed and set exterior alteration standards. Each of the 10 village associations enforces them. source
- Oakland Mills Architectural Guidelines §43.2: boats, trailers, campers and RVs 'shall not be parked or stored in the open'. Repair or renovation of boats and trailers is prohibited except in enclosed garages (§43.1). source
- Oakland Mills §27.15.1: one dumpster is allowed on residential property for up to 30 days without an application, and the Covenant Advisor must be told the arrival date. §31.1 sets the same 30-day allowance for a portable storage container. source
